A person learns his own internal connections by
studying himself, step by step, and achieving small results. Understanding
the memorization process in our memory cells
and the analysis of how muscles work shows that we have a source of energy, that determines our
health and will-power and spirituality. Our internal
energy lives and moves, is accumulated, is spent and is subject to its
own laws. Today we did not know myself, live chaotic and lose a lot,
namely peace, intuition, better use of memory, spirituality, and a smile.

Шаг за шагом,

Понимание роцесса запоминания в ячейках памяти и анализ работы мышц показывает,
что мы имеем источник энергии, определяющий наше здоровье, волю и духовность. Энергия
внутри нас живёт, движется, накапливается, расходуется и подчиняется
своим законам. Сегодня мы, не зная себя, живём хаотично и теряем многое, а
именно: спокойствие, интуицию, более полное использование памяти,
духовность и улыбку.
